Therapy
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy involves meeting with a clinician one-on-one for treatment. Individual therapy provides a confidential space, allowing clients to privately work on goals with individualized care.
Family Therapy
Family therapy typically has a focus on understanding relationships within a family system and learning new ways of interacting. Frequently, individual client goals and/or symptoms are best addressed through family and environmental support.
Group Therapy
Group therapy involves one or more clinicians who lead a group of clients in psychotherapy, typically on specific topics. Groups can be process-oriented (sharing emotions, thoughts, and reactions related to a particular topic) and/or educational (managed classroom style with the purpose of learning).
